Bespoke Offers is a web-based offers site for premium credit card customers to take advantage of special pricing and unique experiences.
My studio and I were tasked with A/B testing two consumer-facing designs and comparing them against similar market leaders if the offers industry. During this project, we used Tobii Eye-tracking hardware and customer research to build accurate feedback on each design’s merits and pitfalls. Points of measurement were usability, interaction, transactional conversion, and retention. Results were built into a client proposal, which was then followed through as a full HTML redesign project. The final responsive layout was rolled out to millions of customers nationwide.
